Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent

Fairfield Dayton Downtown

Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working independently? Are you at your best when others are winding down for the night? If so, Fairfield Dayton Downtown is looking for a Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent to join our team.

As the overnight face of our hotel, you'll create exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the property's daily financial records are accurate and complete. This role combines hospitality, customer service, and attention to detail, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.

What You'll Do

Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service.

Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

Answer phones and assist guests with questions and requests.

Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.

Complete the nightly audit process and reconcile daily transactions.

Prepare reports and ensure financial accuracy.

Monitor hotel security and safety throughout the overnight shift.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

Communicate important information to hotel leadership and team members.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Comfortable using computers and learning hotel software systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Previous hotel, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
